Keyeon Jacobi Johnson, a 23-year-old Black male from Indianapolis, was fatally shot on the night of Thursday, March 14, 2013. His life was cut short in an alley between Capitol and Graceland Avenues, near the intersection of 30th Street and Capitol Avenue.
