In the summer of 2021, the life of 18-year-old Travis Morrow was tragically cut short on the streets of St. Louis, Missouri. On June 14, Morrow was found with gunshot wounds to his head near the intersection of O'Fallon and Commercial streets in the Near North Riverfront neighborhood. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Morrow, a resident of Florissant, was not the only victim of the violence that day; a 16-year-old girl was also shot in the arm but survived her injuries.
