In the spring of 2021, the life of Antonio T. Green Jr., a 24-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in the Spanish Lake area of St. Louis County, Missouri. On the night of April 20, 2021, police responded to a call for a shooting in the 1100 block of Scott Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Green inside a car in a driveway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead in the early hours of April 21, 2021.
