Robert Moffett, a 32-year-old male, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 6, 2021, in Springfield, Missouri. The incident occurred just after midnight in a parking lot situated at the southwest corner of the intersection of Patton Avenue and Walnut Street.
