In the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis, a burst of gunfire on the morning of December 3, 2020, tragically ended the life of 25-year-old Tyrone Carter. The incident, which unfolded around 10:40 a.m. in the 3800 block of Bamberger Avenue, also left two other men wounded.
