In the late summer of 2020, Raymond Lamont Trimble Jr., a 29-year-old man from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life. On September 3, 2020, he and 18-year-old Emonnie Nunez were discovered deceased inside a vehicle near the intersection of 25th Street and Jackson Avenue. Both had suffered fatal gunshot wounds in what the Kansas City Police Department promptly classified as a double homicide.
