Brandon Rainey, a 23-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2020. He was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred in Kansas City's East Bottoms. The incident took place around 8 p.m. when officers responded to reports of gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered Rainey and another young man, Jahmiere Green, inside a vehicle with fatal gunshot wounds. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
