In the summer of 2020, the life of Blake Donlee Toolooze, a 23-year-old White / Caucasian man from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On the evening of August 16th, he was found shot to death in the 8400 block of Minnesota Avenue in the southern part of the city.
