On May 31, 2020, officers from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call regarding a shooting in the 2700 block of North 10th Street in St. Louis, Missouri. Upon arriving at the scene, investigators discovered two men deceased inside a vehicle. The victims were identified as 25-year-old male Willie Johnson, a resident of St. Louis, and 23-year-old Tyler Schemkes from O'Fallon. Both individuals had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
