In the early morning hours of a St. Louis Saturday, the lively atmosphere inside the Upper Level Restaurant & Lounge was shattered by the sound of gunfire, leaving patrons scrambling for safety and three men wounded. One of these men was 44-year-old Larry Mosley, a male who was inside the north city establishment on November 9, 2019. The chaos erupted around 3 a.m., a time when the night should have been winding down, but instead, it escalated into a scene of violence and tragedy.
