In the early morning hours of July 20, 2019, the life of 27-year-old Christopher L. Stanford was tragically cut short in Raytown, Missouri. Responding to reports of gunfire and a subsequent car crash, police discovered Stanford deceased inside a wrecked vehicle in the 10700 block of East 59th Street.
