Dwayne J. Sutton, a 27-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2019. Sutton was found deceased in a vehicle at a BP gas station near 40th Street and Blue Ridge Cutoff. He had suffered gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
