On the evening of March 4, 2019, 19-year-old Riley S. McCrackin, a White male from Belton, Missouri, was fatally shot in the rear parking lot of the Raytown Recreation Pool Hall in Raytown, Missouri. Earlier in the day, McCrackin had been playing pool and was reportedly persuaded to go to the parking lot by two female acquaintances.
