On the night of November 6, 2018, police in Dellwood, Missouri, responded to a call regarding a person down in North St. Louis County. At approximately 10:30 p.m., officers arrived at the 1500 block of Chambers Road, specifically the parking lot of a Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility. There they discovered the body of 21-year-old Donald Lang, a male resident of St. Louis County who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
