In the autumn of 2018, the life of 28-year-old DAndre Nettles, a Black male, was tragically cut short in St. Louis, Missouri. On the afternoon of October 18th, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Nettles was in the 1400 block of North Kingshighway when he was shot in the abdomen.
