In the summer of 2018, a young man’s life was cut short in a burst of violence that echoed through a St. Louis neighborhood. Eighteen-year-old Tyrell Spivey, a resident of the 5100 block of Minerva, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds just a block from his home, in the 5200 block of the same street.
