In the early morning hours of a summer Sunday in Kansas City, Missouri, a grim discovery was made on a ramp leading to a major interstate. On July 8, 2018, police responded to a call shortly after 6:30 a.m. and found a gray sedan parked on the ramp connecting U.S. 40 to Interstate 70.
