In the late morning chill of a Kansas City Sunday, the life of 26-year-old Ronald S. Washington was tragically cut short. On January 21, 2018, a barrage of gunfire erupted in the 2700 block of Denver Avenue, leaving a scene of violence and unanswered questions.
