Rashauwn Haley, a 26-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on January 18, 2018. The incident occurred in the Jeff Vander Lou neighborhood of St. Louis. Officers responding to a car crash near the intersection of Compton and Franklin Avenue discovered that Haley had been shot to death.
