In the early hours of a December morning in St. Louis, Missouri, the life of Cortez Rucker, a 27-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On December 3, 2017, Rucker was found shot in the 5100 block of an unspecified street. He had sustained a gunshot wound to his chest, and despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
