On the morning of September 14, 2017, tragedy struck a residence in the 4500 block of Benton Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri, where 37-year-old Alice Humphrey was found deceased. Police were dispatched to the two-story home shortly after 6:15 a.m. following a disturbance call and a subsequent 911 notification.
