In the late hours of a Tuesday evening in May, the sound of gunfire shattered the peace in the 6000 block of Madison in Berkeley, a suburb of St. Louis. Responding to a call at approximately 10:30 p.m. on May 16, 2017, police discovered 25-year-old Terrance Robinson inside an apartment building, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
