In the winter of 2017, a beloved 28-year-old female teacher, Victoria Cheri Brown, was tragically killed in a violent incident in Kansas City, Missouri. On the evening of January 12th, police were called to an apartment complex near 62nd and Booth following reports of gunfire. Inside one of the apartments, they discovered a grim scene. Victoria C.
