On the morning of July 1, 2016, a violent domestic tragedy unfolded in the parking lot of a strip mall in Belton, Missouri. Tina Fuller, a 42-year-old female, was taking a smoke break outside her workplace in the 800 block of East North Avenue when the quiet of the late morning was shattered.
