Tyrell A. Thompson, aged 28, tragically lost his life on June 9, 2016, in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 1:15 a.m. when Tyrell was walking with a female friend near Olive and Walton. They were approached by two armed suspects who attempted to rob them at gunpoint. During the robbery, one of the suspects shot and killed Tyrell. The suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored, four-door sedan, believed to be a General Motors vehicle.
