In the early evening of September 16, 2015, a dispute in the 8600 block of Frost Avenue in Berkeley, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, turned deadly. Jason Moody II, an 18-year-old male, was involved in a heated argument with another man at The Frost Apartments. The verbal confrontation escalated tragically, resulting in gunfire.
