In the early morning hours of a Tuesday in Saint-Louis, Missouri, a police officer on patrol made a grim discovery. In the 10400 block of Count Drive, a black Toyota Corolla was parked with its passenger door ajar. Slumped in the driver's seat was the lifeless body of 22-year-old Darryl Mull. It was September 15, 2015, and the young man had been shot multiple times in the head.
