In a developing story out of Saint-louis, Missouri, the life of 31-year-old Timothy Roberts was cut short in a fatal shooting. On the afternoon of Sunday, December 3, 2023, a passerby noticed a vehicle stopped on the shoulder of southbound Interstate 55 and called for a motorist assist.
