In the early evening hours of March 15, 2014, the life of 19-year-old Clem Russell was abruptly cut short in an alley in St. Louis, Missouri. Russell was engaged in a game of chance with friends behind the 3500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue when an unknown assailant shattered the peace of the neighborhood with gunfire shortly before 6 p.m.
