In the spring of 2022, the life of 27-year-old Quentin Linsey Williams was cut short in a fatal shooting in Chester, South Carolina. On the night of Saturday, April 9th, deputies with the Chester County Sheriff's Office were patrolling near Saluda Street when they heard gunshots coming from the Eureka Mill neighborhood. Responding to the area, they discovered Williams on the ground on Third Street, having sustained a gunshot wound.
