Do you know who murdered Brandon Corcoran? On a Halloween night in 2016, as children were out trick-or-treating in the Russell neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, 29-year-old Brandon L. Jordan-Corcoran, a Black male, was shot and killed. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. at the intersection of 28th and Market streets, where he was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the scene. Residents in the area reported hearing as many as a dozen gunshots.
