On a Monday afternoon in Catonsville, Maryland, 39-year-old Alquamaar Royal was fatally shot. The incident occurred on December 12, 2022, in the 4400 block of Wilkens Avenue. Baltimore County police officers responded to the scene at approximately 5 p.m. where they discovered Mr. Royal with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
