In the autumn of 2022, the life of 39-year-old Donterray Jones, a male resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of October 19th, at approximately 4:39 p.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 4400 block of Pall Mall Road in the northern part of the city.
