On the evening of October 18, 2022, the sound of gunfire broke the quiet on Murph Avenue in Hagerstown, Maryland. Responding to the shots and a subsequent 911 call, Hagerstown Police officers discovered 45-year-old Sharron Akraim Clark, a male resident of the city, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
