In the autumn of 2022, a violent encounter on a Baltimore street set in motion a chain of events that would ultimately lead to the death of 45-year-old Harry Thomas Caesar. On the night of October 14th, at approximately 10:04 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 5200 block of Nelson Avenue. There, they found Mr. Caesar, a male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
