In the morning hours of a Wednesday in Baltimore, the life of Dorian J. Abrams was tragically cut short. On October 12, 2022, in the 400 block of N. Robinson Street, the sound of gunfire pierced the air. When Baltimore Police officers arrived on the scene at approximately 10:49 a.m., they found 26-year-old Dorian J.
