In the northeastern part of Baltimore on a Saturday night, the life of 33-year-old Mohammed Seid, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On the evening of September 10, 2022, gunshots rang out in the 4800 block of Moravia Road. When police officers arrived at the scene around 8:41 p.m., they found Mr. Seid suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
