In the summer of 2022, a tragedy unfolded in Northeast Baltimore that cut short the life of a young father. On the night of July 26th, police were called to the 3200 block of Fenwick Avenue for a reported shooting. There, they found 33-year-old Ernest Jackson IV, a Black male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced deceased.
