On June 6, 2022, a young Black/African American man named Anthony Reneal Matthews, who was 24 years old, lost his life to gun violence in Baltimore, Maryland. Known affectionately to his friends and family as "PJ," he was a graduate of Woodlawn Senior High School, class of 2016.
