In the summer of 2022, a sense of tragedy befell a Baltimore neighborhood when Dwayne Davis, a 41-year-old Black man, was found deceased. On the evening of June 4th, at approximately 6:17 p.m., his life was cut short by gunfire.
Initially, police were called to the corner of Ramsay and Ashton streets for a report of a shooting. However, it was in the 1900 block of Wilhelm Street where officers discovered Mr. Davis. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene
