Javon Washington, a 33-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the night of May 5, 2022, in Bowie, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 11 p.m. as Washington was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of Enterprise Road and Annapolis Road.
