In the spring of 2022, on the night of April 22nd, the life of 20-year-old Taon Lamont Cline was tragically cut short in Germantown, Maryland. Known to some as 'Tay Tay,' the young man from Frederick was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 19500 block of Gunners Branch Road.
