In the afternoon hours of a spring day in Baltimore, tragedy struck a local family. Dontae Breeden, a 24-year-old Black male, was shot multiple times on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. The father of two young children found himself the target of gunfire in the 1400 block of North Luzerne Avenue.
