On the evening of January 19, 2022, tragedy struck in the 2400 block of East Monument Street in Baltimore, forever altering the lives of several families and deeply affecting the community. Among the victims of a brutal quadruple shooting was Tyrone 'TJ' Allen, a 28-year-old man.
