In the late hours of a winter night in Baltimore, the life of a young Black man, Elijah Frederick Hall, was tragically cut short. On January 12, 2022, the 19-year-old was found in a vehicle in the 2700 block of Lyndhurst Avenue. He had been fatally shot. First responders were called to the scene at approximately 10:47 p.m., where they discovered Hall, who was pronounced dead at the location.
