In the early morning hours of November 22, 2021, tragedy struck in District Heights, Maryland, when 29-year-old Marshay Hazelwood was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred around 7:45 a.m. in the 2100 block of County Road. Responding officers discovered Ms. Hazelwood outside, and she was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
