In the warm afternoon of Tuesday, August 17, 2021, the life of 15-year-old Jhosy Gerson Portillo Argumedo was tragically cut short on a street in Southeast Baltimore. The young man was in the vicinity of East Baltimore Street and North Highland Avenue at approximately 1:30 p.m. when he was fatally shot.
