In the late spring of 2021, a grim discovery was made on the side of a road in Baltimore County, Maryland. The body of 30-year-old Orlando Carranza-Portillo, a male, was found by a passerby on the morning of Saturday, May 22nd. His remains had been left in some brush off of Hammonds Ferry Road in the Lansdowne area, near the Anne Arundel County line.
