On a Tuesday evening in Baltimore, the life of 28-year-old Nathaniel Brown, a Black male, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. The incident, which unfolded shortly after 8 p.m. on March 23, 2021, in the 3500 block of South Hanover Street, also left two others wounded.
