In the winter of 2020, the life of 18-year-old Tyrone Wolfe was cut short by an act of violence on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. A recent graduate of New Town High School, the young Black / African American man was well-known in his Park Heights neighborhood. On the afternoon of December 4th, at approximately 1:53 p.m., tragedy struck as Wolfe was walking near the intersection of Park Heights Avenue and Ulman Avenue.
